Conventional stainless-steel wire nets typically use ferrules or other metal fittings to secure the wires at each intersection.

P-con SUS Net takes a different approach, joining the stainless-steel wires directly using our proprietary specialised welding technology.

This creates a simple structure that requires no fittings at the wire intersections. By eliminating these fittings, the net has a reduced visual presence and provides effective bird control while helping to preserve the appearance of the building.

P-con SUS Net is made from 316-grade stainless steel (JIS SUS316), which offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance.

It is highly resistant to deterioration caused by UV exposure and is suitable for demanding outdoor environments, including coastal areas.

This makes it particularly suitable for bird-control applications where long-term use is required, such as high-level installations and large open spaces where replacement can be difficult.

Thanks to its proprietary welded structure, which eliminates the need for metal fittings at wire intersections, P-con SUS Net achieves an approximately 35% reduction in weight compared with conventional stainless-steel nets that use metal fittings.*

The combination of thin stainless-steel wires and a simple, fitting-free intersection design also makes the net less visually prominent after installation.

This makes it well suited to hotels, commercial facilities, offices, public buildings and other locations where maintaining the architectural appearance of the building is an important consideration.

To solve problems such as “pigeons perching on top of the spikes” or “squeezing between the spikes,” the P-CON Spike Series adopts our own product design, built on years of experience and a deep understanding of pigeon behaviour. The spikes are intentionally designed to sway lightly, so even if a pigeon tries to land, it cannot do so due to the instability. In addition, the spikes extend outward beyond the base, preventing pigeons from entering even the smallest gaps between the spikes and the mounting surface. In this way, thanks to its unique structure that takes pigeon behaviour and learning ability into account, it reliably delivers high bird-control performance.

The P-CON Spike Series is especially effective in narrow or confined spaces where bird-control nets are difficult to install. Both the spikes and the base are made of stainless steel (0.2 mm thick), making them easy to bend and cut. They can flexibly adapt to curved or spherical mounting surfaces such as hoods, pipes, and signs, allowing installation tailored to the shape of the mounting location.
